This is Volcanic Entertainment's very first release.  Although the company is new, it's a spin off from Elegant Angel, so there are a lot of experienced hands behind the wheel -- namely Dion Giarruso and Patrick Collins.  As the name suggests, this is going to be a series that features young girls.

DVD SPECIFIC COMMENTS

Technical qualities of the disc are very good.  The picture was clear, bright and the colors were pleasing.  I did not notice artifacts or instances of excessive grain.  Also, the sound quality was very good.  

The disc layout is basic.  The viewer can play the move, jump to a scene, or view the photo gallery.  The photo gallery includes stills from this feature.  

Also, it's worth mentioning that the disc itself is very attractive.  The label side features a full color silkscreen with two great photos of Charmaine.  I've seen quite a few poorly label designs recently, so a nice one deserves to be recognized.   

Also, it is great to note that the DVD was released simultaneously with the video.  

CONCLUSION

Fans of the barely legal genre -- that is girls whose 18th birthday is not yet a distant memory, should check this out. The girls are very well cast.   Also I'm sure fans of Charmaine will enjoy her scene.  Raincoaters should be more cautious, since only two of the scenes contain that sort of material.
