Synopsis

In the near future, (not 3001 like the box says),  James Bonn is the warden of a new experimental prison.  Prisoners are implanted with electrodes in the back of their neck and outfitted with special collars.  Once the apparatus is installed, with a few keystrokes from a control room, the guards can beam a virtual reality type simulation directly into the prisoner's brain and central nervous system.  The simulation seems so real to the prisoners that they do not realize the whole thing is an illusion.  For good behavior, the prisoners are rewarded with pleasant simulations -- all of which seem to revolve around sex.  Of course this system is very effective at punishing bad behavior too.  For those who get out of line, the prison instantly subjects the inmate to simulations involving whatever the prisoner fears most, based on psychological testing administered during the admissions process.  As a result, at this prison, there is need for cages with steel bars.  The prisoners are locked just as effectively by virtue of their own mind.  

Lola is a reporter who wants to get the inside scoop on this revolutionary prison.  She's especially interested in the only high profile prisoner in the joint, Kira.  It seems that Kira was the world's most popular porn star, when she suddenly went berserk on the set and murdered the entire crew.  Although the all male prison staff universally agrees she's hot, at this point she's a dangerous basket case.  In order to get an exclusive story, Lola volunteers to go into the prison undercover as a regular inmate, complete with surgical implants and collar.  Only the warden will know the truth.  

The plot gets more involved from here, and there are some unexpected twists, but this is the basic setup.  

What's Hot

Sexually, I think the main attraction here is Kira Kener.  Kira shines in two major sex scenes in this feature.  The first scene, which kicks off the movie,  takes place outside on a bed in a garden.  Kira, who looks delicious every time I see her, is nude except for white heels.  Here she is paired with Vince Voyeur.  Vince fingers both holes while Kira is on her back.  Next Kira proceeds to give him a BJ.  She looks fabulous working on a guy's cock.  As she services Vince, you can't help but notice her nice rack and her inviting ass sticking up in the air.  Vince fingers her from behind and then begins fucking her on her side with one leg up.  Next the couple switches to reverse cowgirl.  Kira doesn't say anything, but she does moan a lot during this sequence.  Vince fucks her rapidly.  Then doggy style, which looks good!  Kira is then pumped on her side for a bit and Vince pulls out and squirts his juice on her right tit.  

The second Kira scene comes much later in the film when one of the guards (Bobby Vitale) decides to use her scanned computer profile for a virtual reality session strictly for his own personal pleasure.  Although this is against the rules, Bobby doesn't seem to care.  He's much more interested in getting his rocks off with the Asian beauty.  Kira and Bobby are placed outside in a beach setting.  Kira is nude and again I am drawn to her bountiful breasts.  The couple makes out and then Kira straddles the guard.  She unzips him and goes down on Bobby.  Kira sucks his cock nicely.  She's silent as she does so.  Next Bobby eats her pussy.  Kira is lying down.  Her pussy is shaved except for a light patch of hair up top.  Her male partner fucks her missionary style, with one leg up.  Kira is pretty submissive.  She moans but they still engage in no dialog.  Next Kira is screwed on her side with one leg up.  Bobby fucks her aggressively and grabs on her huge tits.  At this point, I was surprised when Kira allows Bobby to penetrate her ass.  She performs anal on her side from behind.  She looks mildly uncomfortable, but it's nothing she can't handle.  Although the anal sequence is relatively brief, it was notable because Kira doesn't often take it up the butt.  Bobby pulls out and cums on her butt cheek to wrap up the scene.  It's worth mentioning that Bobby gets his just desserts for pulling this little stunt later in the film when the warden finds out.  Bobby is made to suffer a fitting punishment that would universally haunt most guys for a long time.  

One of the best things about The Prisoner, believe it or not, is the story.  This feature was much more engaging then I ever would have predicted.  It's certainly more entertaining then many late night cable movies I've seen.  This movie is a pretty cool blend of science fiction and adventure with sex tossed in every five minutes for good measure.  If it were turned into a Hollywood production, this might be a project that Paul Verhoeven might want to tackle (Total Recall, Basic Instinct).  

Except for a few super cheesy special effects (the lame depiction of fire comes to mind immediately) the production values are quite high.  Also, many of the actors were convincing in their speaking performances.  I especially thought James Bonn, Lola, Kira and Mark Allan, who plays a hacker type called "The Ghost" did a fine job.  

What's Not

Most of the sex scenes didn't particularly float my boat.  Besides Kira, none of the girls in this feature turned me on much.  My interest in some of the sex scenes had more to do with following the story than an erotic stimulant.  I find this curious for a adult feature.  Often I can't wait to fast forward past all the plot and get to the "good" stuff.  Here much of the sex was couples oriented and the pace of the scenes felt rushed.

Everything Else

There is a minor orgy scene with Lola, April, Heaven Leigh, Evan Stone, Michael J. Cox and Steve Taylor.  This is Lola's only sexual performance in the film.  

In a scene with Regan Starr, T.T. Boy really stretches his acting range by playing a self absorbed porn star with an inflated sense of self-importance.  Regan is a T.T. groupie and he rewards her loyalty by letting her suck his cock and then fucking her three ways, including a reverse cowgirl anal.  

Condoms were used in all scenes.  

Last Word

For pure entertainment value, The Prisoner is an "E" ticket ride.  It's a good choice for couples, Kira fans, and porn fans who enjoy science fiction adventure type films.  Raincoaters who want a break from the over the top antics that are routinely  performed by the cum burping sluts in regular gonzo fare may want to check this out also.
